Vaultana is an equestrian operating system, made in Bengaluru by people who ride, coach and run stables. We are building India’s first connected equestrian operating system, and we intend it to serve the world’s equestrian community.
Every horse has a story. Too often it is scattered across paper files, phone messages and other people’s spreadsheets.
Riders retype the same details for every show. Organisers hold events together by sheer effort. Vets, coaches and stable teams each see one part of the picture and rarely the whole.
Vaultana starts from a simple idea: give every rider, horse and organisation one verified identity, and let every part of the sport work from it. Shows, stables, health records, coaching and community become rooms in one house rather than islands.
We are India first, with the Gulf next and then the world. We are built to work alongside the world’s leading show systems, open to partner consoles, and we add what the sport here needs: Indian payments, Indian formats and identity.

That second career is why Vaultana is built to ISO 13485-grade quality discipline: the same care for documentation, review and traceability that medical devices demand.
